The winner achieves short-term glory and bragging rights, while the loser is forced to perform a humiliating stunt of the winner's choosing. "Kenny vs. Spenny" increased the timeslot average by +25% among adults and +35% with young men and ranked #1 among M18-24 in its timeslot by the end of the season. COMEDY CENTRAL has licensed 10 new episodes of the reality/comedy from Blueprint Entertainment and Breakthrough Films & Television and has acquired 10 classic episodes from the "Kenny vs. Spenny" library.

The premiere episode, "Who Can Handle More Torture?" pits Kenny against Spenny in a contest of who can endure the most pain. In order to get motivated, Spenny dedicates his performance to his late father, while Kenny, a competition participant, also becomes the torturer. In another episode, "Who Can Lose More Weight?," the boys endure laxatives, starvation and dehydration and risk heart attacks and fainting spells in their quest to see who can shed more pounds in 72 hours.

Future episodes include "Who Can Produce the Best Viral Video?," "Who Do Gay Guys Like More?" and "First Guy to Stop Singing Loses."
